 Sweeper Parts Waco - Waco City is located roughly 90 miles south of Dallas and 100 miles north of Austin within the heart of the Texas technology and manufacturing corridor. In the area, the original people were the Huaco Indians, which is where the city's name came from. In the year 1993, the city was the site of a deadly shootout that claims the lives of ten people. Six of these people were Davidan Cult members and the other 4 were agents of the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). The Davidian compound in Mt. Carmel was destroyed by a fire resulting from the 51-day standoff that ensued directly after the shooting.
Waco's Cameron Park is amongst the largest municipal parks in the state of Texas and has some major places utilized for canoeing, picnicking and hiking. Animal enthusiasts are attracted to Cameron Park Zoo, which is a big natural-habitat zoo which houses several dozens of species from all over the globe. Within the center of downtown is RiverSquare Center that is a variety of restored warehouses, some of which date back to the early 1900's, that have been turned into bars, shoppjng and restaurants. The Waco Thunders, a semi-pro football team are based in Waco City. They compete as amongst 32 teams in the Texas United Football League. The Waco Wranglers, a professional minor league basketball team, are likewise among the cities sports team. As part of the American Basketball Association during 2006-2007, the Waco Wranglers played their first season and joined the United Basketball Association in 2008.
